Terms of Trade

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These are our standard trading terms. The final terms of any sale are set out in the signed Proforma Invoice or sales contract, which prevails if it differs.

Orders and minimums

Minimum order is one 20ft full container load (FCL). Loose cargo and LCL shipments are not supported. Mixed containers are possible when each product is at least 1,000 kg. White label projects start at 1,000 kg per project line.

Incoterms

We trade under Incoterms 2020: EXW, FOB (Karachi Port or Port Qasim) and CIF.

Payment

• T/T: 70% advance to start sourcing, processing and booking, and 30% against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading. Original documents or telex release are released after the balance is received.
• Letter of Credit: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. Usance L/Cs are not accepted.
• All invoices and payments are in US dollars. We do not offer open account or cash against documents.

Samples

Core product samples are free. International courier charges must be prepaid by the buyer or charged to the buyer's courier account.

Inspection and documents

Independent pre-shipment inspection (for example SGS or Bureau Veritas) is welcome at Karachi, at the buyer's cost. Documents depend on the product and destination and may include the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary or veterinary certificates, and a Certificate of Analysis.

Regulations

Import rules, tariffs and sanitary requirements change by country. The buyer is responsible for confirming import requirements at the destination, and we will help with the documents we can provide.
